Norwood-Norfolk Central School ensures that the district protects student/staff data in accordance with the New York State Data Privacy and Safety laws stated in NYS Education Law Section 2-D, Part 121 of the Commissioner's Regulations, and through federals laws, such as FERPA, PPRA, and COPPA.
